◆ Event Details

    • 1.Tethered Balloon Ride is an activity which the hot air balloon is fixed with ropes and ascends up to 60 meters high without flying away.
      2.Ride duration: 5-7 minutes. Please expect 1-2 hours including the waiting time.
      3.Morning session: reception 05:00~06:00, rides operation 05:30~07:00.
      4.Afternoon session: reception 16:30~17:30, rides operation 17:00~18:30.
      5.Participants must check in within the recetption period and present vouchers of correct date and session. Late arrivals, no-shows, or lost-of-tickets will be considered a forfeiture of participation, and changes to other sessions (either earlier or later) are not allowed.
      6.Must be taller than 110cm to ride. Children taller than 110cm but under age 12 will require an adult's accompany to ride.

◆ Ticketing

    • 【Online Reservation】
      ① Choose the date and session, and the number of tickets you'd like to reserve.
      * Each transaction is limited to 2 tickets. Please place multiple orders if more than 2 tickets are needed.
      * The availability changes when someone cancel their reservations.
      ② Make sure filling in the correct email address to receive your vouchers.
      ③ Pay with credit card or Line Pay.
      * Due to fraud issues, only credit cards issuded by Taiwan banks are accpeted for online payment.
      If you're having trouble completing the payment, please contact our [online customer service] (07:30~22:00), provide us your order numer (ORD00********) and your arrival date to Taiwan. We will hold your order valid until your arrival date.
      After arriving Taiwan, please go to ezTravel's counter at Taipei Main Station [Map], and complete the payment with cash or credit card.
      ④ Receive your vouchers in email attachments.
      【On-site Ticket Sale】
      On-site ticket sale opens 5AM for the morning session, 4PM for the afternoon session of the same date.
      It is not guaranteed, commander will decides if the sale open, and the number of tickets released based on weather conditions.

◆ Check-in

    • ① After arriving at Luye Gaotai, check in at the [Online Reservation] tent.
      ② Present your voucher to receive a [number plate], which indicates your order to take the ride.
      ③ Upon the call of your numebr, the staff will lead you to the boarding area.

◆ Cancellation Notice

    • Tethered Balloon Ride is sensitive to weather conditions, and sudden delay or cancellation may happen one day before or on the day of the event.
      You can check the latest event status on the [Event Facebook Page].

◆ Cancellation and Refund

    • Contact us via [online customer service](07:30~22:00), provide us your order numer (ORD00********), and we will assist you regarding the refund.
      Refund is not applicable 3 days within the reservation date.
