◆ Event Details

    • 1.Tethered Balloon Rides involve balloons secured by ropes, ascending up to 60 meters.
    • 2.Flight Duration: Approx. 5–7 minutes (Please allow 1–2 hours total, including wait time).
    • 3.Morning Session: Check-in 05:00–06:00 | Rides 05:30–07:00
    • 4.Afternoon Session: Check-in 16:30–17:30 | Rides 17:00–18:30
    • Terms of Participation:
    • 1.Check-in: Participants must check in during the designated reception period with a valid voucher for the correct date and session.
    • 2.Forfeiture: Late arrivals, no-shows, or lost tickets will result in forfeiture. Rescheduling to other sessions is not permitted.
    • 3.Height & Age: Minimum height is 110cm. Children over 110cm but under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

【Online Reservation】

    • 1. Select Date & Session: Select your preferred time and number of tickets.
    • Note: Each transaction is limited to 2 tickets. For more, please place separate orders.
    • Availability is updated in real-time based on cancellations.
    • 2. Email Verification: Ensure your email address is correct to receive your vouchers.
    • 3. Payment: Pay via Credit Card or LINE Pay.
    • Due to security protocols, only credit cards issued by Taiwanese banks are accepted for online payments.
    • International Guests: If you cannot complete online payment, contact our [Online Customer Service] (07:30–22:00) with your order number (ORD00********) and arrival date in Taiwan. We will hold your reservation until you arrive.
    • Upon arrival, please visit the ezTravel counter at Taipei Main Station [Map] to complete payment via cash or credit card.
    • 4. Confirmation: Vouchers will be sent as email attachments upon successful payment.

【On-site Ticket Sales】

    • Sales open at 05:00 for morning sessions and 16:00 for afternoon sessions on the same day.

◆ Check-in

    • 1. Arrive at Luye Gaotai and check in at the [Online Reservation] tent.
    • 2. Present your voucher to receive a [Number Plate], which determines your boarding order.
    • 3. When your number is called, staff will escort you to the boarding area.

◆ Cancellation Notice

    • Tethered rides are highly weather-dependent. Sessions may be delayed or canceled at short notice (the day before or on the day of the event). Please check the [Event Facebook Page] for the latest updates.

◆ Cancellation and Refund

    • To request a refund, contact [Online Customer Service] (07:30–22:00) with your order number (ORD00********).
    • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the reserved date.
